Data Gives Back is a unique social enterprise that helps companies drive financial and employee success through training and consulting services in support of grieving children and families. 25% of revenue is donated back to Seasons Centre for Grieving Children.

Seasons Centre for Grieving Children provides peer to peer support for children between the ages of 5 and 24 years who are grieving the death of an immediate family member. Laura Headshot

Laura Bedal

Laura Bedal is an accountant with a passion for helping small businesses. She graduated from the Schulich School of Business (York U) with her BBA and earned her accounting designation (CPA, CMA). Laura is ahead of her industry in the skill of explaining complex financial reports to “non-financial” colleagues and clients. At her final corporate role, Laura gained experience working with several businesses and balancing their unique industry needs and several competing deadlines. It is this experience that led to Laura opening her own accounting firm where she takes her “big corporation” skills to help smaller businesses by-pass some learning curve while they turn their dream into reality.

When Laura isn’t supporting her clients, she is hanging out with her husband, Brian and their 3 sons (Jacob, Zach and Sam). She aims to make her clients feel as supported as her family makes her feel.
